When you arrive in one of our international hubs, you will be welcomed by our Meet and Greet representative in the Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name on it. They will fast-track you through all the formalities and accompany you to the Mustique lounge where you can help yourself to refreshments while waiting for your short hopper to Mustique.

Every effort is made to schedule hopper flights as close to international arrival times as possible. Our goal is to get you to Mustique as quickly as possible, but please be aware that you may have a short wait while we prepare the aircraft, and these times can vary, particularly in peak season.

If you are travelling through St. Lucia, you need to complete the St. Lucia Pre-Arrival Online Registration Form. Please note you may access the form no more than 72 hours before travel.

If you are travelling through Barbados, you need to complete the Barbados Pre-Arrival Online Registration Form. Please note the form will be available 72 hours prior to your arrival in Barbados. 

If you are travelling through Martinique, there are no pre-arrival forms to be completed.

Please confirm with your international flight carrier if the immigration form is required to be completed prior to boarding as this varies by carrier.

For passengers already in St. Lucia
Check-in at Hewanorra Intl Airport with Harris Handlers desk (adjacent to the Jet Blue desk) two hours prior to departure. Desk closes 1 hour prior. Your departure time will be confirmed 72 hours prior to travel. Please call the travel team on +1 784 488 8678 or email travel@mustique.vc to confirm check-in time.

For passengers already in Barbados
Check-in at Grantley Adams Intl Airport at the Grenadine Airways desk two hours prior to departure. Desk closes 1 hour prior. Your departure time will be confirmed 72 hours prior to travel. Please call the travel team on +1 784 488 8678 or email travel@mustique.vc to confirm check-in time.

Please remember, planes cannot land in Mustique after sunset therefore your international flight needs to land in Barbados (BGI), St. Lucia (UVF) or Martinique (FDF) before 15h30. Any later than this and we are unable to guarantee a same day arrival on island. If your international flight is delayed, every effort will be made to get you to Mustique on the next available flight but this may mean overnighting or flying to St. Vincent where there may be an option of taking a boat.

We recommend that you travel with a small overnight bag with any essentials including medication and valuables, in case your international flight is delayed. Mustique Company will not be liable for any additional costs incurred due to late arrival of international carriers.

As mentioned above, due to delays in international travel, we occasionally welcome guests to Mustique by boat. If you would prefer to travel by boat, rather than by air, we can arrange a charter transfer for you from St. Vincent to Mustique. Please get in touch with the travel team to discuss your options.
