The Terraces was designed and built in 1986 blending Palladian and Venetian style and occupies an iconic position on island set in its own 17 acre hilltop plot.
Sweeping loggias wrap around each side of the property with a central temple façade setting an impressive tone but still allowing guests to enjoy warm Caribbean breezes and immerse themselves in the glorious, tropical surroundings. The villa's main swimming pool is quite simply spectacular. The nine palatial bedroom suites, many with private verandas and vast ensuite bathrooms, are alive with ornate, hand painted murals by French artist Jean-Claude Adenin and exquisite wallpapers. The gilded furniture , classical screens and interior design choices seen throughout the house are reminiscent of Versailles or the great palazzos of Lake Como. The Terraces also has a separate Miami style building entirely dedicated to entertainment with a games room, office space, cinema room and a further swimming pool. In addition to this, Bali Cottages offers separate guest accommodation in a secluded, private residence, set within the lush greenery of the estate. It is comprised of four bedroom suites, gathered around an elegant, shaded terrace. The Bali Cottages also come with their own infinity pool.
